Submission Guidelines for Final Papers
Authors should submit their final non-blinded paper (max. 3,000 words for the text, 10 – max. 15 pages incl. images and reference list) by Sunday, 9 June 2019 through the online conference system, format being doc(x) or pdf.
It is obligatory that one of the authors is by this time registered for the conference, that payment has been received and the Springer Consent to Publish has been signed and sent to email@example.com. Please note that per submitting author only one paper is allowed.
Guidelines for accepted Final Papers
The Scientific Committee will review the full papers in the time until mid June and prepare the handover to Springer for publishing for the submissions being accepted. Those would need to get finalised then according to the Springer Template, including the following files:
– Non-blinded doc/x or latex file including name(s) and affiliation(s) of all authors
– Abstract at the beginning of the document
– An extra zip package with all figures in high resolution as tif in 150dpi
