Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors whose final papers have been accepted are invited to finalize their manuscript using the Springer Template. Final papers should be non-blinded paper incl. name(s) and affiliation(s) of all authors involved and contain between 2,500 and 3,000 words (incl. lists, captions and tables, excl. abstract) with a total of 10 – max. 15 pages, and 5 – 7 images included in the text.
Please submit a zip file named “paper-id.no_lastname.submitter” containing the following:
1. Non-blinded Word doc/x including the names and affiliations of all authors
2. Abstract at the beginning of the document
3. An additional zip package with all figures in high resolution as follows: photos and drawings (300 dpi), graphics with fine lines or coloured diagrams (600-1200 dpi), Colour mode CMYK, file format (TIFF/JPG/EPS).
4. Signed Licence to Publish of corresponding author – pls. include correct title of your contribution
Paper titles should be no more than 50 characters with spaces and should give a clear insight into the topic of the paper. Papers should be concise and follow a logical structure providing: Abstract, Introduction, Background, Methods, Results and Reflection, and Conclusion. The paper should be written in British English.
