General Submission Process
We welcome contributions from researchers and practitioners engaging with design, modelling, and related fields. Please follow the guidelines below to submit your work.
Please note that all submissions must be made via the Converia system on this website.
A submission consists of three stages:
#1 _ Abstract submission (required before full paper) – deadline: 9 January 2026
#2 _ Full paper submission (for accepted abstracts only) – open from 2 February to 3 April
#3 _ Final paper / manuscript submission (for accepted full papers only) – open from 13 May to 25 May 2026
Submissions must be original and relevant to the topics of the DMS26 SWITZERLAND homepage.
Papers should present a significant body of research, supported by a clear research question and design. Contributions must demonstrate a coherent argument or investigation, and should include illustrative images or graphics with captions, references, and (where relevant) appendices. Papers should include a short, descriptive title of no more than 50 characters including spaces.
The use of AI tools is not prohibited; however, transparent declaration of such use is required. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of all submitted content. All content presented must be original work conducted by the authors.
Accepted final papers will be published in the official Conference Proceedings and may also be selected for presentation at the event. Detailed formatting instructions for the final version will be provided upon acceptance. For programme balance reasons, each author is limited to one conference presentation.
